3E COACH at a fitness conference in Belfast: our first event, coming soon

3E COACH is going to its first conference. Soon we will be at a fitness industry event in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with a stand and the platform open on the table: coaches can try it, ask anything, and see how a week of online coaching runs in one system. The date, the venue and the stand number will be published here and on our social channels as soon as they are confirmed.

What we will show

• Programmes in minutes. Build a workout once, assemble a 4–8 week block, assign it with a start date. The sessions land on the client's calendar by themselves.
• A phone app with nothing to install. Clients open 3ecoach.eu, add it to their home screen and log sets, weights and RPE in half a minute after training. Google and Apple calendar sync, reminders included.
• Who needs you today. Every client shows when their programme ends, in colour. The list sorts by "needs attention", and a note at five in the morning tells you how many programmes end this week.
• Nutrition in the same system. A food diary, barcode scanning, dishes from ingredients, macros worked out. You see what the client actually ate, not just totals.
• Payments through Stripe. Invoices, memberships with an end date, and a public page with your services and prices that a prospect can find.

Switching from another platform

Most coaches we talk to already use some tool. Moving takes an afternoon, not a month: the exercise library starts from 165 shared exercises, workouts and programmes are rebuilt once as templates, and clients arrive through an invitation link. Every feature is in every plan, including the free one; you pay for client seats, not for features.
