Why choose 3E COACH over other online coaching platforms?
There are several good platforms for coaching clients online, and most of them have been around longer than we have. Here is how 3E COACH compares with them on price, features and fit — including the places where another platform is the better choice.

Pricing
Every platform we read prices per active client, in US dollars, on a ladder of tiers. So do we, with three differences: your first five clients are free for as long as you like, every feature is in every tier, and you are billed in euros by an EU company.

Where the established platforms are better
- A native app in the App Store and Google Play, under their name. Ours installs from the browser, which is one step more and, on an iPhone, has to be done from Safari.
- Wearable integrations — Apple Watch, Garmin and other devices feeding the client's profile. We have none.
- Ready-made exercise libraries of thousands of videos. Ours starts from 165 shared exercises and grows with what you add.
- Years more product maturity, larger teams behind them, and far more third-party integrations.
Where 3E COACH is better
- Free up to 5 clients, permanently, rather than a trial that ends.
- Every feature in every plan. There is no tier where nutrition, booking or your branding is withheld.
- Nutrition with a Lithuanian and English food database, barcode scanning and dishes from ingredients — on the free plan too.
- Booking with working hours, breaks, group sessions and memberships built in, not a separate tool.
- The client's home-screen shortcut carries your name, logo and colour rather than ours, on every plan.

Which one should you pick?
Choose another platform if
you want your clients installing a store app rather than adding a web app from the browser, you need wearable data in their profiles, or you rely on a specific integration we do not have.
Choose 3E COACH if
you are starting out and five free clients matter, you want nutrition and booking included rather than added on, or you want to be billed in euros by an EU company.
Questions
- Can 3E COACH replace the platform I use now?
- For programming, client tracking, messaging, nutrition, booking and payments, yes. For a store-listed app or wearable integrations, no — we have neither, so if either is central to how you work, stay where you are.
- How do the prices actually compare?
- At five clients most platforms charge $20–30 a month and a few are free; we are free. At fifty clients the public price lists we read run $90–140 a month; our 50-client plan is EUR 49.99. Read on 13 September 2026 — check current prices before deciding.
- Can I move my clients over?
- Invite them by e-mail and they keep their own login. Programs and history are re-created rather than imported: we have no importer from other platforms, and pretending otherwise would waste your first week. Most coaches rebuild their templates in an afternoon.
- Can I get an app under my own name?
- Not in the App Store — we publish no store app at all. What you get, on every plan including free, is your logo, colour and business name inside the app, and a home-screen shortcut on your client's phone that carries your name instead of ours. On an iPhone that install has to be done from Safari.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. Clients use the app free. You pay for client seats.
