Prices are in euros per month. You can change plan at any time; moving down means your client count has to fit the new limit. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Questions
Why does the free plan now cover 3 clients instead of 5?
Since 14 October 2026 the free plan covers up to 3 active clients instead of 5: no free account can add a client once 3 seats are taken. If you already had more active clients on the free plan, you keep every one of them. From 14 November 2026, a free account with more than 3 active clients cannot add clients or plan new work until you choose a paid plan or archive clients down to 3. No data is deleted and no charge starts automatically: archived clients keep their history, and you can sign in, send messages, export your data or change plan at any time.
What counts as an active client?
Every client who is active or invited. Archived clients, and people who only bought a programme from your public page, do not take a seat. You can reactivate an archived client at any time while your plan has a free seat.
