What's new

Every release, newest first: what changed for coaches and their clients, and when.

  1. 13 September 2026 · v0.5.1

“Why choose us” in the menu, sharing for articles, a tidier search footprint

    • “Why choose us” in the menu: an honest comparison with other platforms on price, features and fit, in Lithuanian and English. No other product is named — only what you get here, and where the others are better.
    • Share buttons on every article (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, copy link) and covers with the 3E mark, shown whole.
    • An empty coach page stays out of search until the coach fills it in: a service, a headline or a bio opens it.
    • A new article: 3E COACH at its first conference, in Belfast.
  2. 13 September 2026 · v0.5.0

Who needs a program today, at a glance

    • Every client shows when their program ends and how many days are left, in colour: green, amber, red. The client list sorts by “Needs attention”, and the dashboard opens with how many programs have ended, end within 24 h, or in 2–4 days.
    • A program's end is read from the calendar, not from an assignment: workouts planned on the calendar are the program.
    • A morning note to the coach at 05:00: how many clients' programs are ending or have ended.
    • The exercise library in Lithuanian: names and 165 “How to do it” descriptions for every shared exercise. “Find on YouTube” for your own exercises. One category per idea, not three spellings of “Cardio”.
    • Demo clips for the shared exercises, chosen and reviewed by the platform admin.
    • Warm-up and cool-down are text and clips, not a set grid; one tick for the client.
    • A coach's public page speaks the language the coach chose, for every visitor, and carries its own card when shared on Facebook or Messenger.
    • Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles at the top and bottom of the site.
  3. 11 September 2026 · v0.4.0

A calendar-first schedule, memberships and a photo on the public page

    • The coach's schedule rebuilt around the calendar: week and month, group sessions, breaks; the coach books a slot for a client.
    • Memberships: once a coach turns it on for a client, booking needs a paid membership until its end date. Everything is open by default.
    • The dashboard's schedule card steps through days.
    • The public page carries the coach's own photo; a phone photo is shrunk in the browser.
    • Image uploads and the logo size fixed.
    • The sign-in page shows a notice when e-mail is temporarily not going out.
    • A Stripe payment is credited even when Stripe's confirmation is late.
    • A comparison page with other platforms; the site opens in the reader's language.
  4. 5 September 2026 · v0.3.0

Bookings, a public page with prices, and a faster app

    • Bookings: the coach publishes free slots, the client books; several places in one session.
    • The coach's public page: services and prices, a live preview, its own screen with the link.
    • Nutrition: day navigation, editable saved meals, better food search.
    • A support form in the app, two-factor protection for the admin panel, daily backups.
    • Speed: pages open faster, each asking the database several times less.
  5. 30 August 2026 · v0.2.0

News, feature pages and workouts with zones

    • A news section in Lithuanian and English; feature and pricing pages in both languages.
    • Workouts with warm-up, work and cool-down zones; a mobility block; a video straight from the template.
    • Notifications: the client hears what has been prepared for them; the unread count on the app icon.
    • Progress: records on the chart, weight against a target; a dish from ingredients; what was actually eaten.
    • Habits with how the day went; the coach sees the client's comment, not just the tick; the shared food library grows from entries.
    • Platform billing and analytics for the admin.
  6. 16 August 2026 · v0.1.0

    The first release

    • Clients, an exercise library, workouts, programs and the planning board.
    • The client's phone app without the App Store: workout logging, messages, progress, nutrition, habits.
    • Payments through Stripe, calendar subscription and reminders.
