What's new in September: program ends, a Lithuanian exercise library and the coach's morning note

The September release: the coach sees at once whose program is ending, the exercises speak Lithuanian, and a summary arrives at five in the morning.

The biggest change of September answers the one question a coach asks every morning: who needs a program today?

Who needs attention, at a glance

Every client now shows when their program ends and how many days are left, in colour: green with five or more days to go, amber at 2–4, red when it ends tomorrow, and dark when it has already ended or was never made. The client list sorts by “Needs attention”, and the dashboard opens with the numbers: how many programs have ended, how many end within 24 hours, how many in a few days. Each number opens the list already filtered.

A program's end is read from the calendar, not from an assignment. If the workouts are laid out on the planning board, they are the program — no extra step.

The morning note

At five in the morning the coach gets a note: how many clients' programs have ended, how many end within 24 hours, how many in 2–4 days. Only when there is something to do — with every client planned for the week ahead, there is no note.

The exercise library in Lithuanian

All 165 shared exercises have Lithuanian names and “How to do it” descriptions: what they train, the steps, the common mistakes. Categories are tidied — one idea, one filter. A video for your own exercise is found straight from YouTube without leaving the app, and demo clips for the shared exercises are chosen and reviewed centrally.

Warm-up and cool-down

A warm-up is no longer a grid of sets. It is text and, if the coach wants, clips; for the client, one tick.

The public page

A coach's public page shows in the language the coach chose, for every visitor and on every device. Shared on Facebook or Messenger, the link carries the coach's headline and photo.
