Invoice clients and take card payments through Stripe — inside the system where the coaching happens.
Billing isn't a separate business process: you raise a charge on the client's page, they are notified and pay by card through Stripe. When it settles you are told, and the history stays with that client.
For bank transfers or cash, a payment can be marked paid by hand — the system doesn't insist you change what already works.
