Meal plans

Write a client's meal plan with meals, portions and calories — they see it in their app, next to what they actually ate.

A meal plan in 3E COACH is written on the client's Nutrition page. Give the plan a name — say, "Cut — 2000 kcal" — and general notes on timing or hydration. Then add the meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks, each with its foods, the portion, the calories and the protein. The totals add themselves up.

Beside the plan you set the client's daily calorie and macro targets. The client sees the plan in their app under Nutrition, logs what they eat in the food diary — by search or by scanning a barcode — and sees how far they are from the target.

You see more than the day's totals: opening a day shows what was eaten at each meal. So the conversation about nutrition starts from what was actually on the plate.

  • A plan with a name, notes and meals
  • Foods with portion, calories and protein; totals worked out for you
  • Calorie and macro targets per client
  • The plan in the client's app, next to their food diary
  • A food diary with search and barcode scanning
  • Every meal visible to the coach, not just the day's total
